The firm, satiny texture of Agropur 1-year aged cheddar cheese blends beautifully with fruity and slightly spicy flavours.

You can easily include it in savoury or sweet pies to add character, authenticity and a touch of refinement.

On a base of puff pastry and sour cream, spread thin slices of potatoes previously roasted in the oven in a mixture of olive oil and fresh thyme. Add a few slices of minced onion. Bake for about 20 minutes and garnish with sliced cheddar. Broil for one minute until lightly browned.
